Library Visits

To check out books or use the computers you MUST have: a signed pass from your teacher and your SCHOOL ID.

Dear Parents,

I just wanted to introduce myself as your librarian. This is my first year here at Commerce, but I was previously librarian at North Brookfield High School and and English teacher at Putnam. All the students I have met so far are great kids with a real desire to learn. It's wonderful to see students pursuing their interests!

I also wanted to let you all know that the library resources are not just for your children, they are also for you. Any links that are posted on this site, including the Gale Databases, can be accessed from home. We have many great resources posted on the Commerce Catalog Main Page, including newspapers, eBooks, and tools for homework help. You can also use that site to browse our entire library collection! I have posted some links below you may find particularly relevant, including financial aid guides and teen mental health resources. If there's something specific you'd like to see, I'm always happy to add new topics!

I hope we all have a great year. Feel free to contact me at with any questions or comments.

Thank you,
Ms. Popp
